2010 Awards Evening

Pickup Truck Racing Awards Night

The Trucks belonging to the Championship winner and the 2010 Fastest Laps recipient showcased each side of the stage at the Pickup Truck Awards Presentation Dinner.

The evening was presented by Paul Musselle who summarised the season and with selected guests actioned the trophy presentation.

There were a few surprised recipients of trophies as some are not announced before the Awards Night.

The Tressler Team received the trophy for the Best Team 2010.

The Spotter of the Year was Paul Turner from the No 4 team and all of the guests were privileged to listen to a segment of recording of a spotter to driver conversation at a recent race meeting.

The final surprise of the evening was Steven Fishburn from the No 93 team. This award was judged on the result of a secret ballot with votes from all teams and officials at the last round of the Championship.

On the conclusion of the presentation the guests were entertained by a disco playing into the early hours of the morning.

A successful end to an outstanding 2010 season.
